Slovenia Svenska Goobit AB som driver växlingstjänsten BTCX – bitcoinexchange och betalsystemet BTCX – Point of Sale har i ett första steg expanderat till Slovenien i samarbete med det lokala företaget Grecom.


BTCX VD, Christian Ander:

Slovenien ligger i framkant i bitcoinvärlden i allmänhet och en av de stora bitcoinbörserna kommer från Slovenien. Dessutom är det ett lagom stort EU-land att inleda BTCX Europeiska expansion med, så vi är mycket nöjda med arrangemanget.

I avtalet, som signerades under helgen, ingår rättigheter för Grecom att starta och driva BTCX tjänster och varumärke i flera central- och östeuropeiska länder.

Swedish Bitcoin Service Provider BTCX is expanding in Europe
Swedish Goobit AB, who operates exchange service BTCX  and checkout system BTCX – Point of Sale is expanding to Slovenia in cooperation with the local company Grecom.

BTCX CEO, Christian Ander:

Slovenia is at the forefront in the bitcoin community in general and one of the big bitcoin exchanges is in Slovenia. Moreover, this EU-country is a good size to start BTCX European expansion in, so we are very happy with the arrangement.

The agreement, which was signed over the weekend, include rights for Grecom to start and run BTCX services and brands in several Central and Eastern European countries.
