MP Mathias Sundin (fp), with BTCX, invited Swedens major banks to Riksdagen for an afternoon seminar on bitcoin the other day. BTCX marketing manager, Joakim Herlin, started out with an introduction to Bitcoin followed by an in depth look at money, finance and bitcoin by CEO Christian Ander.

After that, MP Sundin led a discussion focusing on

the difficulties the expanding bitcoin sector has had opening accounts with banks.

Making Swedish banks realise the possebilities in cryptocurrency is an effort that will continue.
