We Continue to Lift Bitcoin in Sweden!

November may have seemed quiet on the surface, but behind the scenes we've laid the groundwork for important steps forward. Here at BTCX, we're looking forward to 2026! What we can say is that our focus remains where it has always been: strengthening the Bitcoin ecosystem, driving dialogue with decision-makers and continuing to develop products and services that make Bitcoin even simpler, safer and more accessible.

As we head into December, we want to thank everyone who follows, listens, invests and engages with us. It's together with you that we continue to move Bitcoin forward in Sweden.

November Events

Cosmoverse 2025

We kicked off November at Cosmoverse Labs in Split – and as always, Bitcoin was one of the most prominent topics of conversation.

Although the event wasn't Bitcoin-focused, discussions quickly turned in that direction. It became clear how Bitcoin is and continues to be the core even in broader Web3 environments: from how to build better usability and infrastructure, to how to create secure on-chain yield without custody risk.

The regulatory track landed on an important conclusion for the entire industry: many challenges stem from a lack of dialogue, not resistance to innovation. Building bridges between developers and authorities is crucial for Bitcoin to get the space it deserves. This is something we've really committed to with several government visits this year. We dare to talk about Bitcoin everywhere!

Swedish FinTech

"Sweden should be better at granting licenses..."

One Monday in November, many important perspectives came together and were shared about where open banking and Nordic fintech are heading. Most notably in the conversation between Lars Sjögren, Sarah Häger and Oscar Berglund, where the pace of change and the need for courage in decisions really set the tone and gave much to reflect on.

Our own Christian Ander contributed insights on how we can build a more resilient and innovative financial infrastructure. He highlighted, among other things, how collaborations between banks, fintech companies and regulators can serve as catalysts for development that both opens up and strengthens the market, rather than slowing it down. With Bitcoin in focus, of course…

Women & Bitcoin

Meet "PopArt Princess," the first Polish artist to exhibit at NASA.

In the latest episode, she shares her journey from the fashion scene to international galleries, where with vibrant mixed-media works she explores Bitcoin as freedom, community and creative power. Her art has taken her to Art Basel Miami, collaborations with Copernic Space and NASA and even all the way to the moon.
