BTCX are obligated to follow the Anti-Money Laundering Act (2017:630) and the rules and regulations from Sweden's financial supervisory authority (Finansinspektionen). This means that we need to collect our customers personal information and match with the public records.
What to do, step by step:
- Register a BTCX account and verify your email.
- Log in.
- Navigate to your profile and enter your personal information.
- Scroll down and upload:
- A picture of your Swedish ID or international passport, both front- and back.
- A picture of a household bill or a Swedish population register certificate, showing your current address.
