Opening Hours Christmas & New Years

Our exchange service is never closed.


Dear customers,
We would like to inform you that our service will still keep operating as usual during Christmas and New Year weekends.


The support gives you the same excellent service no matter what day you visit us, but we want to announce that our staffing on the phone will have Christmas and New Year leave between 20/12 to 6/1. They will be back on Tuesday 7/1. We will also have some reduced staffing in mail support for some days during the holidays:


Saturdays and Sundays between the dates 23/12 and 6/1.
And:
24/12–2019, Christmas Eve
25/12-2019, Christmas Day
26/12–2019, Boxing Day
31/12-2019, New Year’s Eve
1/1-2020, New Year’s Day
6/1-2020, Twelfth Night


Reduced staffing means that it may take slightly longer time than usual to get a response from us, yet we will respond to all emails in turn as they come in through our automated queuing system. We work to ensure that you, as a customer, should not notice any difference at all, no matter what day you get in touch with us.
