WARNING fraud!

We’ve recieved questions concerning strange SMS messages and email related to bitcoin. The message might say, for example, that there are “millions to earn” even though you hardly need to work at all or (as in the picture) that there is bitcoin to retrieve on one’s made up “account”.

All communication from BTCX

are always clearly marked so that the recipient understands that a message was sent by us. The only unsolicited communication we send out is email.

SMS messages are reserved for, for example, payment confirmations and such.

Take care and be mindful of what links you click out there. Get in touch with our support if a message seems off or strange in any way. Watch out for fraudsters
