The NGO (non governmental organisation) WaterAid, that works to ensure that all people have access to clean water and sanitation, is now modernising its fundraising, in cooperation with BTCX, by accepting donations in bitcoin. Unfortunate About KnC. BTCX Not Affected
The news that the swedish company KnC miner filed for bankruptcy emerged last friday night. This is very unfortunate of course, for the employees and for the swedish blocktech scene, where KnC was a positive force. Not much has changed however. Ether is Coming

Bitcoin Pizza Day! (It's no joke people)
This sunday we celebrate the first bitcoin purchase. It might sound slightly juvenile to have a pizza celebration, but don’t forget that this is serious stuff. In the morning of 22 may 2010 Laszlo Hanyecz reported that he had successfully traded 10.000 bitcoin for two pizzas.

Support Report, now simpler order-ID number
Hey! I am back with a short report from the support. The first thing I need to mention is unavoidable, that we have now answered over 20,000 questions since we moved the support to the current platform. I personally am behind about 14,000 of those answers during my 18 months with the company.

Blocktech 2015 in retrospect
2015 has been a busy year filled with new ideas, new businesses and a lot of hard work from everyone in the blocktech community. It was also the year where blockchain was acknowledged from traditional finance and banks for it’s revolutionary design and secure ledger.
